Make a recycled elephant mask

How lucky are we to share our planet with incredible giants like this? Sadly large numbers of these intelligent animals are being killed for their tusks. We’re doing all we can to help, from monitoring herds of elephants, to training rangers and protecting elephants’ habitats. Why don’t you share the love for these incredible giants by making your very own recycled elephant mask!

We aim to use as much natural and recycled materials in all of our activities. To make your elephant mask, you’ll need:

  • An old milk bottle
  • Recycled card
  • Glue (try and find an eco-friendly brand)
  • Colourful tissue paper or old sweet wrappers
  • Pens or paint

Why not head back over to our activities page, where you’ll be able to access a range of activities for you to enjoy.

From bug hotels to bird feeders and recycled gorilla masks, all of our activities use freely available – or recycled – materials and are suitable for children of all ages.

Have you ordered your ‘The Panda Made Me Do It’ badge?

If you’ve completed this activity, you can show your support for WWF by ordering your very own ‘The Panda Made Me Do It’ badge. You can sew your badge onto a number of items, including blankets, pencil cases and bags.
