Make a brilliant recycled polar bear lantern!

Every year millions of people around the globe switch off their lights for Earth Hour to show they care about our planet. Every year we try to inspire young pople in the run-up to Earth Hour to take part, show your support, and help take a stand on climate change issues. We do this by sharing loads of creative ideas on cool crafts and amazing activities to help you plan your best Earth Hour yet.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

We aim to use as much natural and recycled materials in all of our activities. To make your polar bear lantern, you’ll need:

  • Milk bottle
  • Tissue paper
  • Pens
  • PVA glue
  • Scissors
